Carolina Gomez

President

Carolina Gomez as President of her company has been responsible and very successful in supporting her clients to re-invent their professional life and their companies. She is a specialist in supporting leaders to create their own solutions to strategic crossroads for their professional career and their business. Her expertise includes helping individuals and companies to drill down to find their passion and purpose and get it to execution.

Working in C levels, Carolina has led big, small, and medium sized businesses in North and South America for over 25 years. In each of those roles, Carolina used her management and people’s capabilities to produce creative solutions to complex business issues. Her main focus was corporate restructuring and strategy. Managing with great responsibility she negotiated, developed and implemented new strategies to produce win-win situations for both employees and shareholders.

While most of Carolina’s professional background has been in medium and large corporate companies, she has worked with small companies as well. Her roles have been diverse. While serving as President of a joint venture of Dow Agro-Science and Monsanto, she was responsible for running the second largest company of distribution of agrochemicals in Venezuela. Carolina as COO managed the selling operations of a major company of agrochemicals in Colombia. She used her skills as CFO of a government owned Finance company. She also ran a business of exporting flowers from Colombia to the United States and Europe. Carolina’s ability to create key relationships helped her represent Merrill Lynch, one of the world’s biggest brokerage firms, to develop their business opportunities in Colombia.

Carolina manages her own consulting company, Resourcefulness LLC, now based in Miami, FL before in Stamford,Connecticut where, by using her company’s “Resourceful-Quantum” model, she works through a guided, connected, disciplined process with her clients to help them achieve their own successful results.

Carolina is a licensed and certified coach from Franklin Covey Coaching L.L.C.
She holds a degree in Economics Andes University in Colombia and a master in Mental Health Counseling in Florida International University.

She has conducted a wide range of training seminars and workshops in sales, management, emotional intelligence capabilities, empathic listening and a wide range of leadership developmental topics. She has developed a very successful course for executives where they learn the tools of coaching.
