One of our clients came to us wanting to find the true purpose and passion in her life. We applied our Resourceful-Quantum model to drill down into her most inner self and found out what she wanted to be. This turned out to be something completely different from what she had been doing in her professional career and so she had to make a decision, what to do next?. We developed a ten year plan. At the end of this period she would be doing what made her passionate fulltime and develop her purpose to its’ fullest potential. The plan included an organized way to do things that would fulfill her purpose while staying in her current job. Her plan started that day and set a roadmap for the next ten years. This made such a difference in her personal and professional life that from day one she was joyful and fulfilled in her current job and life.

Another client approach us looking to find clarity on what had to be his professional next step. He wanted it to be something meaningful and fulfilling congruent with his new family life. Applying our Resourceful-Quantum model and drilling into his inner self we found what he wanted to do next. Then came the question in what type of company and culture would this be viable. We helped him design a map of variables to match what he wanted the company and the job to have. Then with our help he started to develop a list of the companies in his target location. Finally he developed a matrix of companies and variables to work with. The search started and he finally found an excellent position in a company that fit his requirements.

Another of our clients came to us because she always had a dream of becoming a politician. She wanted to be a Mayor or have some type of public job where she could represent and help her community. When she came to us, she was in a full time job where she was happy but it was not her real passion. We started finding out what were those barriers that where holding her back from achieving her dream and they were brought into focus. Finally she decided to campaign for a public position. We partnered for this enterprise and she won the election. She has done such a good job that now she is planning to run for Mayor.
